I think that the average person in the public might be predisposed to make fun of Celine and they definitely did so there just because she slipped up with her English. I thought she was delivering a powerful social message though...money doesn't matter, forget about the looting and the criminalizing, and go out there and save lives! That came at a time when Bush's administration did not handle the Katrina disaster very well. I'm glad Celine was political for once, not politically correct. I read some of the comments and they are just hater filled but this is the court of public opinion. Its soo sad when it comes to Celine she gets beatin' up everytime.
