Selling rare Brazilian items

Hey guys, i'm selling a " like new" never played, rare VCD edition of all the way.

Nowadays it's almost impossible to find one here. I have mine, and this one, i bought and forgot. it's never played and new.

The "official" copyright holders are not mentioned. There is no "official" licensing details nowhere on the covers or discs. And by the way, track details are completely wrong but this is not relevant now. I recommend you can read some reports about music piracy and unofficial items in the stores. It's educative and interesting reading.

The license number is below the text near Barcode, so it's alright to sell this item. And its all okay with the enterprise that published the product, if you put the CNPJ here

It's alright. So I do not have any problem with copyright, they have the permission to do it .

They are not any official releases, it's just downloaded and copied onto a cd with album art, etc. to make it look like one.

I do not know if it is official or not, for me, it is.

but it sounds great, looks beautiful , and have a good DVD quality.

Oh Gosh! CNPJ is only an identification detail of companies in Brazil, nothing more. Let's be naive. "An Audience" is a British television show. And one part of this British television show is exclusive released on promo DVD only in Brazil with no copyright rights and no licenses. Again, British show exclusive only in Brazil. That's nonsense. It's not dovecote, it doesn't work that someone publishes anything without permission just because is registered by Ministry of Revenue. That's absurd. Show me some official licensing details. Of course, you can't because they has been lost in the stars or somewhere over the Atlantic. As I said before and also in other topic, it's normal to sell unofficial bootlegs (not only Celine) in the stores especially in Brazil. So sad but it's fact.
