There are many editing mistakes on DVD releases. For example, during the performance of "Love Can Move Mountains" from A New Day: Live In Las Vegas, she is wearing black boots, not high. In the next scenes after she smelled in Elijah Brown's shirt, she is wearing other black boots, higher.

Oly on the UK singles of Pour Que Tu M'aimes Encore (Tu M'aimes Encore) some mysterious Mr Jones co-wrote the song. In an other topic on this forum someone told me this could be Michael Jones (Wales-French singer and guitarist) who is a best friend of JJG. They toured together along with Carole Fredericks in the 80s and 90s.

So if it is not him, I don't know. But then again it is strange to see him as a co-writer.

 

Also on the Australian single of Because You Loved Me, they say David Foster produced Pour Que Tu M'aimes Encore and Le Ballet, where this has to be Eric Benzi

The Australian Re-release of These Are Special times catalog nr 88697014352.

on the spine there is 88697014352 but the booklet and the disc say 492651 2 (as on the original first release.

The mix is different on the radio edit of "Tell Him", it takes place during the bridge. But it's true the name radio edit is abusive, it should have been called radio mix or something like that.

 

By the way, in the "Loved Me back to Life" songbook, the lyrics of most of the songs are different than those in the album booklet. A few words change here and there. I might do a comparative list sometime !

Japanese promo CD Complete Best (EDCI80324) contains incorrect titles of the songs "Where Does My Heart Beat Now" and "That's The Way It Is". The tracks is renamed to "Where Does My Heatbeat Now" and "That's The Way It It".

I don't really think that she took that hiatus to learn English, specially after watching her say that about a possible German album. I think she had some projects to do in that year but, for unknown reasons, they never happened. So they decided to stop for a couple of months (it wasn't a full year because she did some TV appearances through 1986 and the one I shared with you this morning is from the very end of that year) probably to take some time to record the album 'Incognito' and prepare the promotion.

 

In the interview they clearly say she had been away from TV for a year and a half (first the host calculates it and then she confirms it). This would take us back to the summer of 1985 and the end of the tour. The only thing of much value that she released that year was the video for Fais ce que tu voudras and the appearances in France with Billy.

She most definitely attended an intensive English course in Montreal during this time. She's mentioned it many times and there is footage of it. She also took dance lessons and, of course, changed her look.

I do not know the details about her braces but in this show it is clear that her canine is still posing difficulty for her upper lip to close. She did not comfortably close her mouth until 1989 or so which makes me think she may have had a longer night-time treatment to redress her teeth.

This is only the case on the 1987 Canadian release. The 1988 Release from France and the 1991 release from Austria doesn't have it misspelled.

 

It is misspelt in the front cover of the single, in big letters. Quite embarrassing...
