I think it was somthing about they wanted to see if Shania could draw a crowed like Celine during the summer. As fo rthe Hotel I stay at thef Flamingo, much cheaper during the summmer, will not go anywhere else,Southwest still has non-stop flights. I flew non-stop to Vegas last month. People seem to be forgetting that Celine does not usually perform in Vegas for two weeks in July. In fact pretty much the exact period during which Rod Stewart is due to be there. I have booked to go to Vegas in mid June on the basis that in June 2011 she started back on 7th June and in 2012 she started back on 9th June. I am a bit nervous as it is a bit of a gamble to have already booked. I am driving Route 66 and stopping off in Vegas (hopefully to see Celine) so I had to commit to booking the trip already. Quote
