Bell Posted December 18, 2012 at 01:36 PM Posted December 18, 2012 at 01:36 PM I thought it would be good if we have a topic where we can share our experience with skin & hair problems and how we cope with them. For example, my face is a little oily and I treat it with the white of egg every 7-10 days. I also found out that sugar makes very good scrub. Your turn now. I really hope each one of us will be able to find something useful here. 1 Quote 16 YEARS A FORUM MEMBER
LuisMa Posted December 18, 2012 at 01:43 PM Posted December 18, 2012 at 01:43 PM I guess beauty tips for men are also allowed here. Well, not really a beauty tip, but when I shaved with foam and used after shave, my face would become sooo irritated, that I thought about not using that anymore. What I do now is to shave in the shower, and instead of foam I use shower gel. At first it was difficult because of course the mirror would get blurry, but with years of practice, I don't need to look at my face while shaving. And bye to the rash, red face, and I cut myself even less than when I did it with foam. Quote

Claudette Posted December 18, 2012 at 04:32 PM Posted December 18, 2012 at 04:32 PM Very cool topic! I have a tip for guys and girls: for bags under your eyes, instead of cucumber, wet rooibos tea bags and put them on your eyes. 2 Quote http://i993.photobucket.com/albums/af51/ClaudetteRobinson/esme.jpg
Bell Posted December 18, 2012 at 05:53 PM Author Posted December 18, 2012 at 05:53 PM Thanks! I've also tried it once when my eyes were super tired and it really works! Quote 16 YEARS A FORUM MEMBER
Bell Posted December 18, 2012 at 06:10 PM Author Posted December 18, 2012 at 06:10 PM BTW, I don't smoke but I drink 2 or 3 cups of coffee every day and my teeth get a little...yellow (well, there could be another reason but I think it's the coffee). BUT my dentist has told me that I shouldn't use whitening toothpaste because of my gums problem. What else could I possibly do? Quote 16 YEARS A FORUM MEMBER
caitlynceline56 Posted December 18, 2012 at 07:25 PM Posted December 18, 2012 at 07:25 PM For girls who like to wear eyeshadow but don't like it gumming up in the creases by the end of the day, those eyelid primers really work. I use one by e.l.f. that I like a lot. I just put on a thin layer and then wait a few minutes before applying eyeshadow. Quote "The measure of love is to love without measure." Also, ladies - if you want to make your eyebrows slightly more defined - rather than using an eyebrow pencil use a MATTE eyeshadow with a small angled brush like the Mac 266. Looks more natural unlike using a pencil which can gives you a 'drawn on' look. Quote http://i292.photobucket.com/albums/mm31/celinedion82/Emilylove-signature-1.jpg
