Photoshop Request

[I Drove All Night!]

Hey guys,

 

I know we have some phenomenal photoshoppers on the forum. I have a huge favor to ask... My mom is turning 50 this year, and she only has ONE baby picture of herself and it's in pretty rough shape. I wanted to surprise her and get it re-touched and framed for her birthday. Would anyone be willing to do this for me?
