We will be organizing another CDF meetup in Vegas during this week . I am looking at the week of March 11th through March 16th. There are shows on the 12th, 13th, 15th and 16th that week. Just a few questions to get the ball rolling: Who's already coming that week? Which show(s) will you be attending? Did you attend the last meetup in 2011? Why or why not? How can I make it better? I love it. IF was was attending, I would like a closed topic for only people going to the meetup so that they could get to know each other better. Also badges with only nicknames from the forum so we would know who was who. I found that when I was in Las Vegas, I didn't know many because I don't know how they look like, only from the nicknames. Also the flash mob was such a great idea and we did practice but it sucked that we weren't allowed to dance at Caesars, only on the crowded bridge. But it was cool we got to do that I would 100% attend another meetup if I had the chance. Did you assist in organizing the last meetup? How did you help? Which show(s) will you be attending?We will be there for 2 weeks untill March 21 or 22. At the moment we have tickets for March 9, 10 and 16. Did you attend the last meetup in 2011? Why or why not? How can I make it better?We were at the meeting in 2011 and had a great time! I think it's more fun in Vegas with other fans from the forum.Like Ester said: badges with also the nicknames would be nice. Did you assist in organizing the last meetup? How did you help? Do you want to help again?We didn't assist but we participated for meeting and lunch at planet hollywood. I hope there will be a meeting again and hope to see as many forum members as possible Quote

Why or why not? How can I make it better? I attended to a very limited extent. I went to the fan dinner at PH, which was great. I don't normally get to do a lot of the "fan" get-togethers because I go with non-fans, but this year I'm hoping to change that at the meet-up. Did you assist in organizing the last meetup? How did you help? Do you want to help again? No, I did not help last time. I'm completely up for helping this time (graphics, logo, planning, media, etc). Plus it hindered any sort of formal meetings with people because there was a large group of people frolicking about. If a flashmob must be done, do that elsewhere.
