What if.... Celine in "The Voice"

I was just wondering what it would be like if Celine got a chance to participate in "The Voice". Since I have quite an imagination I thought she could, besides being a judge, secretly appear as a contestant on the show and start singing one of her powerful songs, like "I surrender". Imgaine the reaction of the coaches?

 

What do you think ? Would you like Celine to make such an appearance?

They are "coaches" on the The Voice and X Factor, not judges like AI. I could see Celine being an assistant mentor with one of the coaches. They usually bring in a good friend though...Blake brought Reba, Cee Lo brought in Monica, etc.

 

I think she's way too busy for another project though, let her get this album out!

Eh, no. That show is not her style. In fact, I think it's quite tacky despite my liking the concept of valuing people for their voice alone. Celine is the ultimate voice, and I always have wondered what it would be like to be one of those judges and have by back to the fabulous boom of Celine's voice belting out beauty.

I can't remember if it was last week or the week before but, someone sang a Gavin Degraw (sp?) song and they sounded too much like Gavin so none of them turned around. If Celine were to secretly appear as a contestant, the coaches would probably not turn around because they would think "This girl sounds too much like Celine Dion".

I think it would be great for her to make an appearance, but never be on one of those shows...shes too good for that. Plus the poor thing is sooo busy. I'd rather her keep doing shows and cds.

Purely to raise her profile with a younger audience i think she should do it, it would give the public a chance to see the music business side of Celine rather than the family content we have heard many many times before in interviews. Plus the judges perform and Celine will stand out and set the standard for the participants

I can't imagine Celine doing that show, 'cause she's just way too busy. In my opinion, it doesn't seem like it's the perfect venue for someone of her status. Although, if she did, I would definitely watch!!!
