J'aimerais connaître la rareté de ce CD et en combien d'exemplaire (environ) il a été édité ?

Very rare. I'd say rarer than the "En Attendant Ses Pas" French promo CD, but more common than the French "Je Crois Toi" promo CD (to give some idea of relative rarity).

 

As for the number of copies, as usual, there's no solid information on this subject. Unless Sony Music France was willing to reveal the number of copies made, I'd say your guess is as good as mine.

I don't see this DVD promo on ebay, or other site ? Has it become even rarer now?
