Received an e-mail telling me it had been shipped on November 17th but I still haven't received it (and I live in London!), and they are not replying to my messages. I am actually really worried, as it is the first time I have ordered something through them. Has anyone else ordered something through the Red Heads? How has your experience been? I carefully read all the information on their website before buying it, and they seem serious and trust-worthy, but I have never waited this long for an item to arrive from France! Thanks!I ordered book Au de la de l´image early this year and there was no problem with it, they sent it to me as they declared in order history, I also ordered Une fille, un Coeur, Une Voix, I have info they sent it two days ago so I´m waiting fot it next week, to be informed about order I ´m always watching order history. As I know they sent only 2-times in month 1st and 15th but I´m not sure if this dates are also for this books. So don´t be worry I think it will be OK. When they sent you the email saying it has been shipped, i think they do mention in that email how to like go into your account, then into the history or something, then you can actually track it, and see where it is at the moment. Maybe do that, then you can see where it is. Quote

It really is too high. €3.29 on the actual postage, that left them with nearly €12 to cover other costs. No way should it cost them that much! If it does they are being screwed by someone. And wasn't this book free postage to buyers from France? If so then I am also paying for their shipping costs. Here's the e-mail I got: "Thank you for your email. Regarding the details of the shipping cost, they are made of: - books supplying costs (our members had to pay to get the books shipped to them from Carrefour and to visit the supermarkets in France)- the subcontracting company- packing of the book- shipping costs to send the books to the fans 2 euros per book are transfered to our non-profit organization to assure its functioning costs.
