It just seems to me that to the general public Celine nowadays is more a celebrity than a singer. And that makes me sad, because most people out there - those who buy the magazines - do care more about news on the babies and not music. I would not blame the interviewers; they ask what people want to hear. Maybe Celine herself should start talking more about music herself. I too wish that Celine would one day record a really good album again in English. Maybe she is not offered any good songs, because she doesn't seem very interested in new stuff. Her French albums are always wonderful, because French songwriters WANT to work with her. Don't get me wrong: I don't care if Celine will ever be on radio again. But I too feel at times that she's wasting her talent in Vegas. However, I do respect her decision to do it again. Quote
