I did standby with Corey (unsure he's forum name) and around 5ish they told us something had opened up but we had to buy them in the pair so we did. He already had a tix in the 2nd row of FORCH2 I think... Btw there were two very nice women at the Box Office that recognized me from my previous last minute tickets. this week. They kept looking at their computers while we waited and nodding "no" until certain tickets would open. Before FORCH44 Row AA opened up, they offered FORCH4 Row DD but one of them suggested I wait cause she knew how badly I wanted front row. So be nice to them and they will look out for you! Anyways it was sooooo amazing being that close. I've sat front row during TCWT but this is way better. I got lots of "Celine" time with her looking my way and smiling, winking and singing to me while holding my hand during HDYKTMP. Celine recognized her crazy fans, and I used that term lovingly. For BYLM she sang a bit to Kristin, Ramona and I think Lindsey. She only held three people's hands tonight during HDYKTMP and that was me, Corey and Ramona. The previous night I think she got scared off by someguy who kinda forced her down a bit so he could kiss her hand. Also that night a lot of people reached out for her so she held a lot of hands. Elise also noticed me from previous nights and would wink and wave to me. Andre recognized me as well! And I got a lot of face time with Barnev during Spinning Wheel since that is right in front of FORCH4. A little side note but I realized today that most of them will ask your name before they sign so they can personalize it for you. I have tons of To Edwin's in my program. What an amazing group of people! And we stood up right away for LCMM which she loved and made her look at us. Lindsey, us two, Ramona and Christine and Kristin were basically the only ones standing until Celine told everyone to get up and dance. We stood standing thru RDMH. She dropped her 'baton' during RDMH and made a joke that we wouldn't wanna try that lol. After the show Rene took pics with people still in the Colosseum. And tonight as we were walking towards the food court, Jean-Seb and Mego were walking down. Mego recognized me right away from being in the front row! I have never ever met those two before and JS is one of my absolutely favorites! Had a pic with both and they signed my very beaten up opening night program lol. I honestly could not ask for a more perfect night. It was more than I ever imagined I could get! I feel very very lucky and blessed that the stars aligned in my direction and all these good things could happen in one day. Quote

Edwin Posted August 11, 2011 at 09:41 AM Posted August 11, 2011 at 09:41 AM (edited) I've had members of the band sign the first two nights of the show back in March and then Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I always seem to catch different people at different places within Caesars. We waited in line until they started releasing the unused VIP packages, comped tickets, friends/family tickets and whatever other type of tickets that go unused. These types of tickets can be released at any time so you gotta check often. And it varies greatly they can be released months before the show up until an hour prior to the show. This is very risky as you can end up with no tickets in the end if you wait to long, but the risk is sometimes worth it. And even if Ticketmaster says it is sold out, that is not the case as Ticketmaster would not know about these held tickets since they can't sell them so its not in their inventory. She is only able to holds hands during her duet as that is when she is walking between the aisle between FORCH3/FORCH4 and then she walks through the front rows of FORCH4/5/2 (this varies). All other times she is on the stage and not really within an arms reach. Rene was already in the audience but fans saw him leaving and stopped him to take pics with him and sign. He attends a lot of the shows but he's also pretty open about being in the Casino or Forum Shops. When I got his autograph on Tuesday night he was walking out the Colosseum about an hour after the show was over. And today he was spotted at the Forum Shops. Or are you just lucky and get to move closer so that those seats are filled right before the show starts? Yes, you're pretty much buying a new ticket, and then you sell your old one. From what I understand, all the shows have been sold out! Quote
