That she hopes "you" come back soon, and until next time she wishes "you" well. It was probably about 40secs to a minute video. I was smiling the whole time and thinking "omg!!! omg!!! Is it possible that they are going down a list? Like an alphabetical thing? I mean they must have a list of names of people that bought tickets. Edit: They should also have the e-mail addresses since you provide it when you buy a ticket online.
