It is really so upsetting we don't know who bought it, and what is going to happen to those tapes. Hopefully someday soon they will see daylight! Madonna has to do things like this to keep her fans to stay with her. Our Celine is way above that. I do wish I was the one to have had the money to have purchased those tapes. So yeah, that an immense shame that noone from this forum or not a collectif of the forum members have won these tapes... :( Now I really doubt we'll ever hear them as those private collectors usually don't give stuff away, not even copies... So please, next time there's such an unbelievable opportunity going on, inform me on any means!!!!! I guess quite a few of you here have my mobile phone number for texting, including Vic, right? Now it will probably take me some time to get over the fact how much unreleased Céline recordings will probably remain unknown for us... I can imagine there were probably even some unreleased songs among these material, some kind of left-overs from these first 5 English albums. And than all the demo recordings, similair to the 2 we've got on the 2009 version of "D'eux" album, all the 7"versions, all the edits, remixes and whatsoever... Really, 87 DAT tapes can contain hours and hours of music and the quality is comparable with the CDs or even better 'cause such tapes are being used to do master recordings at recording studios, et radio stations etc.!!!!!!! ......
