I am glad I didn't see spoilers from before and read alot of reviews because I wanted to be surprised and that I was. Celine proves again how she values her talent given from God and how much family means to her. After all this is what keeps Celine going. Some may not like all the constant talk of family but it is important to her. It is what makes her feel like continuing to give us what she does best - SING! I don't know where to begin ...let's just say from beginning with Open Arms to the end with My Heart Will go on there was emotions of happy, sadness, and utter amazement! It was real emotion! I really feel that is why she remains a stable for Caesars Palace and why they wanted her back. I met Rene before and after the show as well as Patrick and spoke to Dave Platel (spelling). My brother went for first time in Vegas and expressed nothing but praise for Celine and the whole entire ensemble who made the show (musicians, directors, lighting etc) YOU must go see this show. OMG! You are soooo lucky!!! You met Rene and Dave Platel!! Did you ask Dave when Celine is releasing a new album? Doesn't he work for Sony? Sorry if i have the wrong guy i'm not good with names. There were not too many boxes left, when I got mine on Sunday - didn't want to chance waiting until this weekend after the previous comments that they'd sold out. To be honest, I'm really disappointed with the rest of the merchandise. In my opinion, it is over-priced and many things (eg the T-shirts) are not very good quality. I shall not be returning to the UK with my suitcase overflowing, as in previous visits I also asked if TeamCeline members got a discount, and the answer was "no" (which many of you may already be aware of, but I wasn't) Quote

Kristinaz Posted June 17, 2011 at 04:39 AM Posted June 17, 2011 at 04:39 AM I apologize for the delay on the review I watched the Stanley Cup final last night and then watched my city get destroyed. Anyways so flew into Vegas Thursday night at around 10:00pm got to the WYNN w were starved we flew with West Jet and they offered us nothing except a complimentary drink and a small bag of Bits and Bites and anything else on their you had to pay for so anyways we went to eat. Anyways so Friday we spent most of the day at the pool I suffered from heat stroke then at night went and saw Jay Leno and I've got one word for you HILARIOUS. Ok so fast forward to Saturday night I was dying SO SO nervous to finally see Celine in front of my eyes. Got Caesars Palace was so packed lord I felt lost went ahead and posed with the posters and stuff outside of the theatre. Went through security they were nice guys chatted with some of them while waiting for my mom to go through as well. So we went inside I saw the Celine wax figure and I just had to so I went and took my pic with it I was like right this is as close as I'll ever get to the real thing. Got inside was so damn close even more so then I expected. Also bought a margarita but I think I finished it before the show even started I was so nervous. Anyways long story short you all know the setlist so I won't bore you with that but some things I picked up most of the crowd Saturday night were people in their 30's-40's alot of couples or a bunch of girlfriends didn't see many young kids. Um none of her dvds compare to the real thing her voice is so so so clear and loud I was in awe. She made me cry 3 times once when the video began then during Lullaby and during Because You Love Me. And my side was very subdued I sorta had to force them to stand up and clap for her. I dunno if any members were behind me but there was this one girl in front of me a few rows and she was up and clapping for every single song and behind me were a bunch of friends and they spoke french and cried through the whole thing. I had seen the set lsit back in March but had forgotten she comes through the aisles so when she came down the aisle I flipped she was one aisle away from mine people were so scared to take pics I saw one guy get one. The lady that sat everyone drove them nuts about no photography even of themselves before the shoe started I was like come on give me a break I understand when the shows starts but before what harm does that do? Anyways during the last 2 songs Celine encouraged us to get up and that's when everyone pulled out their cameras/phones and took pics and security didn't care at all. Anyways so show ended seemed so short to me I wanted her to stay on longer but anyways once she left we went and played a bit at the casino then left. We had to take a cab back to the WYNN cause it was too hot to walk the line up was RIDICULOUS we prob got home around 1am. Spent the rest of Sunday in Vegas and got home to Vancouver Monday morning at 1am so I was dead tired spent most of Monday in bed. Anyways hope I didn't miss anything if I think of anything else I'll add it in. Quote
