Hi everyone,

my wife and i have enjoyed reading the many posts written on your wonderfull forum,

so much so, we decided to join.

 

We are coming to las vegas in late june, and yes we have tickets to see the wonderfull and brilliant celine dion.

We go to the colisium on july 3rd, i think the last night before she takes a break. We are booked into Seat location: section FORCH6, row MM, seats 605-606, we are not really sure how good these seats are, if anyone can comment, please do.

 

This will be our third visit to las vegas in the last 12 years, but we never had the luck to be there during the new day residency, we just make do with our projector, surrond sound system and the best blu-ray disc ever written.

 

Anyway we look forward to reading the wonderful posts here and maybe reading more reviews of celines new show, hope to post soon.

nice comments, my wife and i celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary when in las vegas, we have been lucky to have been there twice before, but unlucky to have not seen celine in a new day.

 

Perhaps unusually we do everything together, including mountain climbing, mountain walking even mountain biking, i suppose as well as being husband and wife, we are also each others best friend, our children are grown up and we seem to still enjoy the same things.

 

It was the wifes choice to come back to vegas in order to see celine dion, but she didn,t notice i had secretly planted the idea in her head lol, it didn,t take me long to agree, its been a massive ambition of ours to see her at the colisium, now we can.

 

So thanks again, just got about 12 weeks to get prepared for flying again, i have the biggest flying phobia you have ever seen, but celine will be worth it.

Thanks to you all again,

 

We,ve never thought about our favourite song, we generally like somone who sets themselves very high standards, and we know celine dion heads that list, we also like the beegees, so it was good to see their colaboration together in the past.

 

We,ve always enjoyed, and dare i say looked to purchase top quality sound and vision equipment, so we have a 120 inch high definition projector and screen and a 7.1 surrond sound system, and probably watched a new day in high definition more than 20 times, its totally awe inspiring, the one thing we regret in life is the fact we missed her performing this show live, we were there a few times, but alas she wasn,t.

 

I know there,s a good debate going on at the moment about which show is best, (a new day or celine), but we love a new day, albeit on blu-ray disc, but we know some of you have been lucky enough to see the new show, and it looks altogether different, we loved the dancers in AND, and thought they never once stole the limelight from celine. Hopefully looking at the sets and photographs posted on this site we won,t be disappointed, although i would loved to have seen celine dion sing more of her own material, not sure about the james bond and micheal jackson moments. I,m also sure the show will develope from were its is today to somthing completly different by the time its residency ends. Perhaps forum members can comment on any changes made from the start and finish of AND

unfortunetly we speak very little welsh, but our children went to welsh school and reasonably fluent.

 

If you get the chance and enjoy walking and mountains, try visit the brecon beacons, you will find penyfan mountain- which is the highest mountain in southern britain, a lovely walk and very safe, but wear proper boots.

Hope you enjoy your stay in wales, we really are fun people and you will receive a warm welcome i,m sure.

We,ve always been complete sound and vision fanatics, having had several projectors and sound systems over the years,

If you really want to get the best out of your music and dvd/blu-ray discs its the only way to go.

Watching celine in AND on my set-up is simply awsome, mind its no subsitute for the real thing.

Never mind july the 3rd becomes ever closer, and we watch celine for real, a 25th wedding anniversary present to ourselves.

Now I'm looking forward to it even more Unfortunately, we'll only visit Caerdiff, but one day I'll go back I don't speak Modern Welsh myself, but I can read Middle Welsh. It's really cool
