I'm looking for anyone who wants to join me in losing a bit of weight. I thought we could share our progress and give each other some encouragement along the way. It doesn't matter if you have 5kg or 50kg to lose post your story and lets see if we can't lose some weight together P.S. I would love a body like Celine's! She is so hot! She doesn't need to cut down on her food, but simply portion it and replace her current diet with healthier food and burn lots of calories via exercise. Losing weight is a slow process, so I always tell people to not expect results right away. Everybody's body is different. Listen to your body and the weight will come off.
