I'd say at the young age of 10-years-old that it can't be him, but considering I see kids younger than him messing around on cell phones all the time, I think that theory goes out the window. Quote

All his friends from school are American, he even told Celine to name the twins American names... So i highly doubt he only speaks French the majority of the time.
