I live in America, and speak ENGLISH, yet i love Celine as much as any french-speaking/canadian does but i miss out on soooo many Celine filled shows, books, interviews, etc! Celine needs to demand that they make an English version of this documentary and broadcast it on her website so ALL her fans can see it and understand it, not just Quebecers!!! I completely agree!!! Their children speak French. Her mom speaks French. Her brothers and sisters speak French. Her band and backup singers speak French. Do you think they're going to pick one day and say "Okay everyone, you have to speak English for today's filming."?The sun doesn't rise and set in English, and French is not a code of English. It's French. It's a huge world, and not everyone secretly speaks their language to hide their conversation from you. Celine Dion speaks French. Many of us learned French just to understand her songs. It's given me bilingual jobs, and I thank Celine for that. Don't have time or don't want to learn French? Hopefully the future DVD will have sous-titres. If some people should be pissed, its should actually be us, the french. We got to lose her for 5 yrs because she wanted to stay and perform in an English country, and she's going back for another 3 yrs maybe 5. Her homes are Vegas and Florida. She goes in her castle in Quebec for a week during the year, for christmas. She gives most interviews in English.
