An Eurovision song, written for Celine?

It's a link for the song "One lifetime is not enough" by Poli Genova. She's a bulgarian singer who sang it @ Eurovision contest in 2009 : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXOqw-Y03uY

In an interview i saw today, she says the song was written for Celine for one of her latest albums, but haven't been realised.. Do u know something about it?

That reminds me of Georgia's song last year, Shine, that was also sent to Céline but never used for Céline's album.

No, it's not for a new album. It was for Taking chances, i guess, but haven't been realised and the song was recorded by Poli Genova who sang it in 2009 @ Eurovision

What..? I've never heard about this before and know absolutely nothing about it. I listened to the song and I must admit I don't like it that much. I can imagine Céline singing it, though.
