Do you think Céline can make one more world tour after Las Vegas?

Of course there's a difference - you're comparing 2 performances that are 30 years apart! I think he meant Barbra still has a voice, cos she's preserved it so well. Not that it's identical, cos that's just not possible.

 

Celine's voice sounds very different when you compare 1990 to 2010.

 

Then he could have done a better job of expressing himself.

As for Céline, I would prefer her to do a smaller venues tour in the future, no more stadiums. Instead she could do more shows in one venue in a row, like someone before me already said.

 

browseceline, you deffinitely should go for front row next time - I did that during the tour (for example in Amsterdam) and it's deffinitely a one-of-a-kind experience!

I get your point about too many shows in Germany, some stadiums here really looked pretty empty (Frankfurt, Munich) so it would be indeed better to do less shows in Germany even if, for me personally, the more shows here the better so I can see her many time on low cost as for travelling, hehe! But yeah, for me Amsterdam and Antwerp were closer than Munich or Stuttgart, for instance, that's why I went there.

Dionesque I did have the chance actually to get front row seats because I was one of the lucky pre-presale concerttickets buyers on skyradio.nl. I could grab what I wanted! but the problem was, I clicked and got the B6 seats, but when I had refreshed I could have taken the risk that all good tickets were already sold and I would have lost my 1st class tickets in B6! But now I know, that i could had have easily those A-tickets this way! I just had to take the risk and refresh.. I was too much in a hurry and stressed that I would loose the tickets! stupid me! haha

By the way, the seat -map of the Arena for Celine's concert was not a good representation, because on that map the B seats all looked very close to the stage , but in reality there was a big gap between A and B.

because the next day I read about a lot of Dutch Celine fans that had those A-tickets this way!.. well all in all I enjoyed the concert very well, thanks to my perfect binoculars; I could follow Celine on a big part of the show and it was very clear and nearby this way haha

I had PERFECT view, I could see all her hair, and the little details in her dress. It was amazing!

And it is really the best binoculars you can have;

the brand is PENTAX - and it is used for observing birds. At has a reach of more than 100 meters.

I switched from left to right , following where she was walking to, until she was out of sight because she went to the other side of the stage

 

Whenever I go to a concert, it does not matter where I am seated, I have this thing with me. It is actually from my father, but he never uses it, and it is small, so easy to carry: and I really really recommend to everyone. You have 1e class view this way! I did not look at the big screens above me, because I could easily see Celine perfectly !

Actually just compare Celine's voice from 1990 to 1994 and you'll hear a huge difference. Her voice went trough a lot of modifications during the 90's / 00's decades mainly because she toured intensively. It is a well known fact that voice changes are not uncommon when people are under stress.

 

Barbra's voice has never been under intensive and stress and pressure mainly because she barely toured during her 50 years career.

I admit I found Celine in her later years, (ex, One Heart, A New Day,) but her music is so timeless that it will last.

 

I don't see her going to do a tour right after Vegas because

 

a. They might extend the show length

 

b. Renee's health He's still going but a lot can happen in three years

 

c. The boys, R.C. will be thirteen or fourteen when the show will come to an end she may want to settle down and let him finish school.

 

Who knows but she can do the shows, she is disciplined that is the first thing. She might miss a note, or have to lower a song's key but she can still do it. Tina Turner had teenagers in her audience (I was one) and we all stood and cheered through her songs not so much because we loved her music but because we wanted to see a legend while we had a chance.

 

Whatever she does I'm a loyal fan!

Oh yes, i think she will do another world tour. She adores her fans, and knows that there are millions around the world that would love to see her. I think, for me, what it all comes down to is that if she does a world tour after Vegas, she needs to take it slow. Don't speed through like she did with the TCWT. I think one or two concerts per country in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, South America and Australia (this includes visiting countries she's never visited before) as well as one concert per state here in the US, and obviously one or two concerts per providence excluding Quebec in Canada, and I'd say only two or three concerts max. While it might take a year or two to complete the tour (it obviously would be faster over here in the States) if she would take her time, I have no doubt she could do a very successful world tour while hopefully keeping her voice in tact. I agree it's not a good idea to do multiple shows in one country like Germany where we've got 6 shows during the last tour - sure it was nice to have so many but they weren't nearly sold out so I'm sure max. 2 or 3 would do the justice just perfect here. Same in other bigger countries. Maybe a few more only in France and in Québec where the demand in higher by nature.

 

As for the US or Canada, why doing a show in each state? We here in Europe were travelling to different countries to see her live so why not travel to different state? OK, US is a bit bigger but doing 10 or 15 shows in the entire country during a world tour would be enough, in my opinion. Instead of doing more, she could visit South America and/or some more countries in Asia.

I agree the stadium shows were kinda useless because they didn't even allow ticket sells for the upper seats, she could have easily filled Croke Park in Ireland to the brim.

One show pet state in US is much for me too. She really has to think about all the countries she's never visited before and do a few concerts in Europe, for exaple. In my age I can't fly to wherever i want, and i'm sure it's not just me. She's never been to the Balcan! It's not necessary being in each county here, coz most of them are small for it, one or two concerts are enough IMO

Well I'm saving like a maniac for Vegas so there's a chance for me. Just don't ever give up, if you believe that it's possible it's more likely to come true one day. At least that's what I believe. That's exactly what I was thinking, one big tour as a final goodbye. Not saying that has to happen directly after Vegas, just saying I don't think TCWT was her last big tour.

I was thinking of saving money but as i know the prices of the tickets and how much we have as money for school, etc.. i mean i have lots of other things to do.
