It's time for a Celine Dion video game

I really wanted a Celine Dion video game that will be available in nintendo wii, PSP, PS3 and x360.

 

for ps3, I was thinking maybe we could have a Celine game something similar to Michael Jackson's: The Experience game but this time, using all the arrow buttons, L1, L2, R1, R2, and triangle, square, x and circle buttons, pressing each one of them or at the same time as a celine song is played. The background will show a cartoon Celine in a mini story, based on the song.

 

The game should have 3 modes: easy, normal, hard.

 

The game should have 20 songs from her english albums.

 

The 20 songs: ( I didn't include all the most popular songs in because there's gonna be a sequel.",))

When you could get 5 stars on one song either easy mode, normal mode or hard mode , it'll unlocked a Celine Dion music video of the song with lyrics. So that means, if you'll play the songs again, you can switch to the real Celine Dion videos with lyrics or stay with the cartoon Celine stories.

 

And when you could get 5 stars on all songs in normal mode, a "minus-one" tab will appear that will allow you to sing all the 20 unlocked Celine songs, with scoring of course.",)

 

and for getting 5 stars on all songs in hard mode, 5 wallpapers and 2 songs will be unlocked through PSN.

There will also be online matches and trophies to achieve and the Celine Dion official website will update who are doing well with the game, like top 50.

 

and lastly, there's also a 4-hour story mode showing a Celine with powers/abilities beating bad guys with a final boss (of course) for us to just have fun, only in normal mode. I intend to add this so that Celine will be possible to show up on some fighting games. hehehe.

Perhaps, a petition will do. But maybe somebody here can actually contact Celine's management. ^_^

 

Maybe you want to add something to make it better. But let's not really make the first one the best since there's gonna be part 2, part 3, etc..

 

 

i would like to add 10 more songs since MJ' game also had 30 songs for sp3/x360 and wii.

Me myself & I are always dreaming at 1:08 AM exactly in the early morning about an A New Day Has Come re-release in a beautiful longbox (like Miracle) with all the unreleased songs from the album sessions (including those in One Heart) but come on... I'm totally not a game person, I don't own a WII, PS3 or whatever they're called so my answer to that is: no.

But of course that's subjective and I can understand those of you who love playing games that you'd like to combine the 2 hobbies: Céline & games.

 

It's like me would love to combine my 2 big hobbies: Céline & audiobooks which would result with releases of Céline books (esp. "My Story, My Dream" & "For Keeps") as audiobooks, of course narrated by Céline herself!

Ah well, we're free to dream, right?

 

But back to the topic, as I have absolutely no idea: what do you have to do in that MJ game and what would you like to do in a Céline game??

Well, on MJ PS3, players have to dance like MJ. I don't know what they will do for a Celine song since most of them are ballads. But in PSP, all you have to do is press the corresponding buttons appearing on the screen. Something similar to guitar heroes or rockband games.

 

I know there will be someone who's smart enough to make a Celine Dion game very interesting and enjoying to play.

not really. There are a lot of good games that could reach that figure even in just a month or two, even in one day.

 

BUt maybe for Celine's first new video game, 2 million in 6 months may not be possible.

No, it's entirely to high. Even many of the top records of 2010 failed to reach 2 million, and I can guarantee you Celine's probably would to (when looking at TC, it did sell 3M, but it was not a "top record"). And aside from that Celine sells records, not video games. Her sales will always be highest in CDs.

 

You have to remember that those who buy video games and those who listen to Celine are entirely different demographics. It won't sell and would flop terribly.

And I don't mean playing a simple PC game every now and then but being a regular gamer, owning a WII/PS/XBox, buying games for these platforms etc.

They surely can try to bring a Céline game on the market but I have similair concerns that it would flop.

As for MJ game, has it been released after he passed away? If so than that expaines the fact why it sold so well - as a lot of MJ related stuff did after he deceased.

It´s a very good idea for people who like to play games!!! but I prefer to listen her music and see music Dvd.

If the Celine Dion video game will be a good one, i don't think it will flop. Her introduction 2 the gaming world will also be influencing her music too and definitely, she'll get more fans. MJ's game sold well because he's an iconic character. He wouldn't b that iconic if he didn't hav MJ action figures/toys, movies/cartoon appearances, games and comics. Celine's video game, whether it'll be succesrful or not, will at least make other Celine fans happy who are into video games, and get new fans.
