When she has a bit more time, it may be "Love, Céline xx..." but that's only when there are not many people waiting. When she really takes her time for the autograph than it's usually "Love, Céline Dion xx..." or even "To [name], Love, Céline xx..." or "To [name], Love, Céline Dion xx...".
