The Best Duets - And The Worst

My favorite duet is 'Sous le Vent' with Garou. I like how his voice sounds mixed with Celine's. He can go really deep and she can go pretty high. ABSOLUTE WORST - 'I Hate You Then I Love You'! She has no business singing with Pavoratti! AWEFULL!

Most of her French duets are amazing. Best English ones - 'Listen To Me' & 'Beauty And The Beast'. My least favourite Celine duet is probably 'If I Ruled The World'. And I'm not a fan of 'I Hate You Then I Love You'. Edited February 5, 2011 at 04:33 PM by Bell

The best duet IMO is Y'a pas de mots, but if we're talking duets that are already on an album, it would have to be Sous le vent. All French songs are amazing, as well as the French duets.

Love the most, but especially these:

 

1. Tell Him (with Barbra Streisand) was a #1 hit here in the Netherlands. Truely deserved.

2. It's hard to say goodbye (with Paul Anka) should have had a worldwide single and videoclip release

3. I Believe In You (with Il Divo) should also have had a worldwide single and videoclip release

4. Immortality (with Bee Gees) sooooooooo beautiful! Goosebumps everytime.

 

I like almost all Céline's duets, but some I think could have been better:

 

1. The Prayer (with Andrea Bocelli) One of Céline's most boring songs ever. Can't believe so many singers covered this...

2. I'm Your Angel (with R. Kelly) I expect better songs of R.Kelly.

3. All The Way (with Frank Sinatra) Also boring. Frank Sinatra has better songs, so why have they chosen this boring one?
