Me too! They could have chosen almost any other artist in the world and they chose our girl. I know she's one of the top ballad singers in the world but it still makes me happy. :clap:

I agree 100%. I've had a gut feeling that "A Song For You" will be featured in the upcoming show as it's (supposedly) the hidden gem on the Taking Chances album, according to both Celine & Rene.

 

As for the songs included on the set, I would have to concur that the selections are very odd and random. Especially the inclusion of "I'll Be Home For Christmas" by Doris Day. :blink:

I really like this song so I'm happy to see it get chosen for inclusion in a compilation. But yeah totally weird collection of songs. No continuity there at all. It's like iPod Shuffle: The Album. And why would you slap a Christmas song in there all by itself?

I agree 100%. I've had a gut feeling that "A Song For You" will be featured in the upcoming show as it's (supposedly) the hidden gem on the Taking Chances album, according to both Celine & Rene.

It is then very well hidden for I don't see this track as a gem. I find it all over the place and the structure of this song is built on quicksand.
