Shamrock_1982 Posted November 15, 2010 at 10:15 AM Posted November 15, 2010 at 10:15 AM (edited) Just heard this on the radio, and it gave me chills, its very catchy, and his voice sounds great, I definatley think this could be the Xmas number 1! http://breakingnews.michaeljackson.com/UK/...520breakingnews Edited November 15, 2010 at 10:40 AM by Ire23 Quote
J-Man Posted November 15, 2010 at 10:51 AM Posted November 15, 2010 at 10:51 AM I don't think it's a very strong song and wouldn't be classic Jackson, but it is great to finally have the first proper release from the new album. But not sure if this is going to be a fitting tribute to the man and his music. And pity they aren't including What more can I give on the new album too. Would have been nice to have a physical release of this track. It would be nice to give MJ the Christmas no 1. though. Just a pity to let Akon take the glory too. But Darren, don't you want to see Wagner take the Chrisgmas top spot more? Quote http://www.powerofthemusic.com/other/FORUMSIG1.png

Interesting that they had a note from Michael saying he wanted this as the lead single. But not sure if this album is going to be a fitting tribute to the man and his music. And pity they aren't including "What more can I give" on the new album too. Would have been nice to have a physical release of this track. But it wouldn't really have fitted with the album's concept anyway. It would be nice to give MJ the Christmas no 1. though. Just a pity to let Akon take the glory too. dancer105 Posted December 28, 2010 at 06:59 AM Posted December 28, 2010 at 06:59 AM I love the song Hold My Hand, but have you listened to the whole album? I think the one song that I was really disappointed with was Hollywood Tonight. It just doesn't sound like Michael to me at all.. I know that there was like a huge controversy over the whole release of the album but I want to know what you guys think oh and if there's somewhere else I should be discussing this please direct me there lol Quote

SylviaSilver Posted December 29, 2010 at 02:53 PM Posted December 29, 2010 at 02:53 PM Posthumous releases of new material tend to bother me, but this song isn't bad. Not great, but not bad either. Quote
