That's nice... I love that idea... I used to work for UNICEF and she was dedicated for a while for that too.

Good to know that she's being bestowed that honour, but an ambassador for FAO? :blink: What has Celine got to do with Food and Agriculture? :blink:

 

Being a UN Goodwill ambassador or a UNICEF mission would have been more appropriate IMO :shrug:

 

Anyway, since the summit is in Rome, I think we may get to see her via satellite or may get to see a pre-recorded message :D

 

EDIT: But come to think of it, maybe her work with the children in South Africa triggered this, so it's a good thing :w00t:
