Her carachter and personality amazas me'' You know, the classic stuff. I find that she can look quite a bit like Céline sometimes and that she really sounds like her. Did anyone notice this too? She says that Québec is the place where she feels the best and that she can't say why she left. It's because it's life and that's the decision that she made. She likes Québec because it's natural, because people let you be the way you are. It's feels as if when she's in any other places other than Québec and Belgium, she doesn't feel as well since people let her to her things and there isn't always people around her. She has this eternal quest to be who she really is. Then they ask her how Céline helped her do that with the virtual sister type of thing and the vocal space is comfortable. She used to sing lots of Céline, she looked up to her, like a sister, she never really sung one of her songs. She fels that this was the occasion to tell Céline what she's always wanted to without a second person, without it going though someone else. Directly. People compare her to Céline and what she remembers is that she can really speak, and say what she wanted to Céline. She says that Céline hasn't answered her yet though. They ask her if she was scared, when she came back to Québec, if people where going to compare her version of L'amour existe encore to Céline's and she says that no. To her, it's a complement. Like Lara is compared with Steisand sometimes. It's a way for her to keep going even though it's hard since she's compared to these amazing people that she loves and looks up to. So, that's all that she says about Céline. That much finishes around 6:20. I know it's not perfect but I hope that you can all get the essential of what was said. She said the same thing during that interview on Salut Bonjour this morning.
