Mark Owen ha già dimostrato di sapere camminare con le proprie gambe: il suo album d'esordio "Green man" ha venduto più di un milione di copie. Dopo un lungo periodo di lontananza dalle scene, Mark torna sotto i riflettori nel 2002 grazie a una trasmissione televisiva inglese, ma con scarso successo discografico e con la delusione per il licenziamento da parte dell'etichetta che lo aveva messo sotto contratto. "Believe in the boogie" è il primo singolo estratto dal suo nuovo album "How the mighty fall", prodotto dallo stesso produttore di Beck, Tony Hoffer.
