I think it was because of Sony Music. Now some of the Celine Dion videos are run by Vevo which sometimes sucks :/ . Anyway, I'm still impressed because Vevo IACBTMN music video started about a year or two ago on youtube and the video already has over 5 million views. Pretty impressive!!
