Carrie Underwood is gorgeous, so is Shania Twain, but there are several I still don't agree with, but you have to remember age isn't taken into consideration. The put people in their 20s, ahead of people in their 40s, well duh. This list is inaccurate, but we all have to be happy for her!! If it were most Beautiful on the inside AND outside! Celine would be numero uno!
