samart Posted May 29, 2010 at 05:46 PM Posted May 29, 2010 at 05:46 PM Congrats! You look great! Seriously, how did you do that? What did you do with the cravings? I'm not overweight per se, but I'm kind of obsessed with my body and I'm trying to get my body fat level down to 8-9%, yet I always catch myself eating something that I shouldn't. It'd be awesome to hear some advice. Quote
artist Posted May 29, 2010 at 07:06 PM Author Posted May 29, 2010 at 07:06 PM (edited) OK everyone here is the secret... at the beginning I though to myself "yeah yeah... hope I can go on in a diet if I start any" After that I kept searching the net for some resources about the best diet program, and to be honest, many people have a misconception about what real diet is i.e. (starve yourself). NO! Never do that, I was like that at the beginning, but the more you starve yourself, the more your body will hold to the stored fat and never let go. What you have to do is this: Go to the super market, get these: 1. Diet Tuna2. Chicken breast3. Fresh lettuce and tomatoes4. Some Fresh fruit including apples (which are good for fat burning due to the acids they contain), pineapples, and bananas.5. Nescafe6. Green tea7. Fish fillet8. Brown bread (whole wheat bread)9. Low-fat milk (If you are a fan on dairy products)10. Activia yoghurt (the one without sugar or strawberry) Try to divide your meals into 6 meals that are separated with 2-3 hours between each meal. Keep the foods of the high calories in the morning shift, and the foods of the low calories in the evening shift. And remember, water water water, just drink as much as you can, because drinking water will keep your skin hydrated, plus it will help the body let go the old water that is imprisoned under the skin (and which some people think it’s fat while it’s only water). And remember, don’t ever touch sugar or salt: these two white cute monsters have different missions:1. Sugar, if taken more than needed, will turn into extra fat unless you exercise.2. Salt, oh yeah no food is good with it, but HELLO it will keep the unnecessary water under your skin. Don’t believe it? Bring a small amount of salt and pour few water drops on it… see what happens to the salt… it’s clustered. So that’s all… and honestly, I started going to the gym 2 months ago. So technically, the whole diet took 6 months… and I lost 15 KGs Good luck for all, wish you all the best… PS: Nescafe and green tea are full of antioxidants which help burning a lot of fat in some awkward areas. And don't even think of cheese, Chocolate, cake or ice cream... EVER! Edited May 29, 2010 at 07:10 PM by artist Quote http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v346/anasassaad/jnjkhjk_zpsbd763de7.jpg

EVER! Yay that's the way to go!! It's really all about eating healthy and making wise decisions, there just aren't any miracle diets to get you there! My eating is pretty much like yours too, I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits, I only eat rye or whole wheat bread (don't even like white bread), don't use any extra salt, eat as little sugar as possible (in my opinion sugar is perhaps even a more evil "friend" than fat..), use low fat dairy products and hardly ever eat cakes, cookies or chocolate, cheese neither, but still I eat 5 times a day, two full meals and 3 smaller ones, and exercise a lot. That's really what keeps you "shaped", eating WISE! I don't believe in "not eating" and trying to lose weight that way, that's never going to get you anywhere cause you can't keep it up for more than a day or so.. and losing weight is about having healthy eating habits for the REST of your life, that's what I believe. artist Posted June 13, 2010 at 05:48 PM Author Posted June 13, 2010 at 05:48 PM (edited) Believe me, once you get used to it, you will not desire the junk foods... even if u eat some fast food later on, your body will deal with them as an alien and u will not enjoy the same taste as before, but STILL you can cheat once a month, it's ok. PS: it didn't take me 10 years to have this shape, no... lol... it took me 10 years to take the decision of being disciplined.
