New SALES INFO about Celine!

Hi everyone, since we love when Celine has success I wanted to pass along some new info I got

from Yahoo music this week! It was from Paul Grein, who has a weekly music blog called Chart Watch in Yahoo music. For anyone who loves keeping up with the U.S. charts it's a great blog each Wednesday, and many Fridays too!

Hi, I've been a Chart Watch fan for a long time and eagerly wait for each Wednesday to read it! I've also been a Celine Dion fan for years now, and I was hoping you could help. As you noted Celine just released two music video releases this week, both debuting in the top two spots on the Top Music Video chart!!

Can you please provide the Soundscan sales figures for Celine's other three prior music video releases to date?

 

If also possible, since I've never seen the info anywhere, can you please provide just the top 5 best selling digital tracks from Celine? It would be very much appreciated!

To Derek, here's a little more info on Celine Dion. Her two best-selling music videos are A New Day--Live In Vegas (427,000) and All The Way...A Decade Of Song (300,000).

Thanks Paul! That's awesome that Celine has sold that many copies! Looks like they would be RIAA certified for 8x platinum for a double Music Video release, and 3x platinum!? That just shows along with this weeks debut's at #1 and #2, that Celine is still very loved by America, as she was just voted this year America's favorite singer ever! I hope her new releases will also sell very well! Thanks for your help!

 

It's so great to see that Celine, has sold almost 430,000 copies of Live in Las Vegas A New Day... and especially to see that Celine has now sold 300,000 of All The Way... A Decade Of Song and Video! It's a great collection with some of Celine's best video's!

I'm happy so many people are happy to get this info, I was! I forgot to mention, Paul has

gave some great facts in his blogs about Celine, so it is a great place to check, especially

his Chart Watch extra's on Friday's!

 

Also, if you send him a e-mail on Wednesday afternoon or evening about Celine, you are likely to

get a response, it seems like he is really good getting back to his e-mail questions!

They have been promoting TCWT during the View on ABC and on Hallmark channel (twice an hour today when I was watching a movie). I'm not sure about online promotion, but they should do some it will sell well.
