Céline and René will phone in on TVA's "Salut, Bonjour"

René and Céline will phone in tomorrow morning on Québec TVA's morning show "Salut, Bonjour". I don't know at what time exactly but it may be at around 7:20 a.m. or between 8:20 and 9:00 a.m. (cultural news and interviews usually air around those time). Apparantly tomorrow's "Salut, Bonjour" will be Céline's only exclusive promo interview they said this morning(in Québec at least that is). If I'm not mistaken, I think the producer Julie Snyder will be on the show too in person. Céline's cd and DVDs are coming out here tomorrow May 4th.

 

For other promos, like on morning radio for instance with Paul Arcand, René will be on alone tomorrow morning (on the phone probably also).

 

Btw there was already a really great review this morning on radio with Paul Arcand of all Céline's upcoming releases due here May 4th.

The Phone-in thing is really convincing me that she is pregnant, these days they could have talked with her by their satellite or SKYPE, but i have a feeling that Celine does not want to be seen, which has to have a reason for first QVC now this?

I Dont see Celine as the call-in type if she could be their in person or via satellite/ skype something is defiantly going on!

Artists normally don't appear in QVC or HSN, they call in.

 

But to call into "Salut, Bonjour"---this IS weird.

^ I Know all im say is this is becoming a trend since right after the movie premiere.. It seems like Celine is still trying to run her career and keep in touch with the media and her friends with-out us seeing her, ALL the YEARS that i have been a fan Ive never seen that from Celine! Something is defiantly going on with her because everything has seemed top secret with her, i really do believe ( and hope ) that she is pregnant... Every thing is just so weird lately..

It just seems weird that Celine is gonna on the phone, same with Rene. I mean they would normal be on t.v. via satellite, or Skype. Something is deffiantly up.

We just saw a segment with a member of Julie Snyder's production team that followed Céline in many places on her world tour. They showed moments of the tour when she had to postponed shows, in Australia I think. There will be more later with other members of this team Julie Snyder, Stéphane Laporte and of course René on the phone. Unfortunately they just said Céline won't be able to be on this morning because she's not feeling good but she'll be on in two weeks they said. So René and others are still to come on the show but I guess we won't hear Céline herself afterall. Just wanted all of you who are waiting to hear Céline to know about this. I don't think it's something to worry too much about and I guess René will tell us a little bit later on. Maybe she has morning sickness... hope it's something like this... not that I want her to feel sick or anything but you all know that would be a great news.... Don't think we'll know much about that this morning though.

 

Edit : So the main part of this will be in the last hour with René, Stéphane Laporte and Julie Snyder. Thinking between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. It's 8:14 a.m. right now.

Hmm.. This all seems a little fishy to me .

wait one moment!!!! it all makes sense now .... Ok . so most people dont announce their pregnancy until they are at least past 3 month because of all the things that could go wrong. Since February celine has been hiding , its coming up 3 month now .. so she could be pregnant , I sure hope so !!! Maybe if she is she didnt want to announce incase something happend like last time

God, I hope she's ok. She's only doing phone interviews, and this is the second time she was meant to do one but canceled at the last minute. If she's not pregnant (and I don't even want to think, because then if she's not we'll all be sad again) she's been sick for a while and that can't be good.

Didn't Lou just say Celine wouldn't be on for another two weeks? Because she's not feeling good. That could mean anything though, upset stomach, headache, stuffy nose, etc. Not just because she might be pregnant.

Jean-Luc Mongrain, the journalist who was on a couple of minutes ago, said to Stéphane Laporte who's waiting for the next segment : "Please say Hi to Céline for me Stéphane. Céline listens to us in the morning from Florida, do you know that?(to the host and Stéphane) Yes, Céline listens to us in the morning, she sent me a little note not long ago telling me she was listening often."

Not much that we had not seen or heard about before I guess

 

- The original three hour version is coming out (not the two hour for cinema)

- The AND DVD also done by Laporte, Snyder and their team has sold 1.5 million copies around the world

- They found Céline to be the nicest woman to be around, she and René are amazing people. She could had try to be nice for a weekend for the camera but as they followed her for a year, they know and saw she's really the nicest and most generous woman we all heard of cuz there will notice if otherwise.

- They showed clips of the movie coming out today

- Showed parts of SMGO song

 

Apparantly Julie Snyder was stuck in traffic or something.

 

Edit: Julie has arrived afterall and René is ON right NOW! at 8:51 a.m.

 

Edit: René praised Laporte's team. He said it's his mother and brother's anniversary today. He also praised doctors at St-Luc's hospital in Montréal that helped a lot during the tour.

 

They showed other clips. They especially laught at (and with René) about the segment in the movie when he was afraid about the lion. Julie said "René isn't usually afraid of many things in life, except maybe his mother in law sometimes...and lions" René talked about the upcoming show in LV, only saying what we already know. They have meetings and he said they are working at it very much right now. At the end, the host said "Céline will talk to us shortly about how she's feeling and about upcoming projects"
