Edwin Posted March 19, 2011 at 12:44 PM Posted March 19, 2011 at 12:44 PM I bought all the magnets, postcards the french edition of TCWT cd/dvd (S/H online to USA was ridiculous, was better buy to buy in store), Celines Back shirt and my favorite item is the Celine photo frame. It's so beautiful! Quote
Cheerfuljane Posted March 19, 2011 at 01:17 PM Posted March 19, 2011 at 01:17 PM Are you kidding me?!?! It makes last time seem cheap... and I thought it was overpriced then!! In any other situation I would NEVER have paid more that $60 for that hoodie. At least last time the quality was really good. This time you will be SHOCKED at how bad it is.The hoodies are OK, but most of the shirts are paper thin. The slip slops that supposedly have "crystals" on them? That's a load of hogwash. Very cheaply made, but they charge $65. The blanket? It is huge and MIGHT be worth the price if it was one large picture and not 6 divided ones. Dunno. The smaller things weren't priced badly. Keyrings, mugs, cups, coasters.... They were the same prices as before or not more that $5 higher. Quote
Edwin Posted March 19, 2011 at 01:19 PM Posted March 19, 2011 at 01:19 PM The blanket is NOT worth the price. The graphic is horribly distorted, it's quite embarrassing. I also wanted some mugs cause I collect them, but they were quite boring Quote

I remember last time I bought 2 for that price . They're way too expensive, hope they'll decrease the price by the time I get there. If not, I'm just gonna add to my cups' collection . Is there anybody in Vegas able and willing to buy me a programme? I really really want it, always regreted not having the first programme from A New Day... If someone can, please send me a PM to discuss the details. Thank you in advance! Quote

Timster Posted March 19, 2011 at 10:48 PM Posted March 19, 2011 at 10:48 PM Damn! But thanks for the info. I really want posters too! They could make some amazing ones with the great photos we have of the new show, or even photos from the tour... If everyone who attends the show asks for posters then maybe they will think about selling some Quote
Vicelise Posted March 19, 2011 at 10:56 PM Posted March 19, 2011 at 10:56 PM It would be interesting to know if Celine's team is aware of most peoples dissapointment with the prices and quality. I wouldn't be suprised if the prices get dropped at some stage..? Quote
ThisTime Posted March 20, 2011 at 02:49 AM Posted March 20, 2011 at 02:49 AM Aaaah! I didn't realize they had the french version of TCWT! I would have snatched that up immediately! j411celine Posted March 20, 2011 at 03:18 AM Posted March 20, 2011 at 03:18 AM Magnets were $5 and that was all I bought. Since I attended the 1st show free program and they were $30 in the giftshop. Quote
Edwin Posted March 20, 2011 at 03:38 AM Posted March 20, 2011 at 03:38 AM There is a slight difference in the programs so I also bought one the next day Quote

They were the same prices as before or not more that $5 higher.Ridiculous. Yeah, I heard about some of the shirts being paper thin and you would have to wear another shirt underneath it. I paid $60 for a hoodie during AND, and that ended up being worth it. I wear it all the time, and nearly four years later - it still holds up. I also bought that throw blanket last time, with the Celine logo on it -- and it was like $50-$60, and now they expect more than twice that for something poorly made? I don't think so. It sounds like they won't be selling much until they come to their senses... Quote
ThisTime Posted March 20, 2011 at 04:44 AM Posted March 20, 2011 at 04:44 AM Yeah, the shirt I bought is rather see through. I loved the purple "jewelled" shirt, but I knew the second I washed it they'd all crumble off so I skipped it. Completely ridiculously priced. The hoodie I have though seems nice & it was only $65 (still probably should have been less). I wasn't going to buy one of the ninety dollar ones. & I laughed at the price of the blanket. You could probably have one made with whatever photo you want on it for less. However, the most ridiculous was the price of the flip-flops. They were $65 dollars for just a piece of foam with jewels glued on. Quote http://i.imgur.com/MfrTohK.gifMy Twitter || My Tumblr

J-Man Posted March 20, 2011 at 06:51 AM Posted March 20, 2011 at 06:51 AM Lots more glasswear has been added. Champagne flutes, wine glasses, tumblers, shot glasses etc. With two different logos the new signature logo and another one including musical notes (this one was a bit glittery) (photos aren't that great)http://i900.photobucket.com/albums/ac203/j-manley/Celine%20Showcase/9677aaa8.jpghttp://i900.photobucket.com/albums/ac203/j-manley/Celine%20Showcase/7dcc78a4.jpghttp://i900.photobucket.com/albums/ac203/j-manley/Celine%20Showcase/d8387e16.jpg Also the $40 crystal pens have two new additions a pink one and I think a turquoise one. (these appear to have coloured crystals too) I bought the black and ivory ones which IMO are nicer. Quote http://www.powerofthemusic.com/other/FORUMSIG1.png
SuperLove4Celine Posted March 20, 2011 at 06:51 AM Posted March 20, 2011 at 06:51 AM I can't believe some of you paid $60 or more for one piece of clothing that isn't even high-end. I couldn't bring myself to doing that, so I opted for getting the "Celine's Back" magnet ($5.00), the reusable cup with straw with song titles ($16.00) and the red crystal block with the "Femme comme chacune" photo from D'elles ($30). J-Man Posted March 20, 2011 at 06:55 AM Posted March 20, 2011 at 06:55 AM Joe. Just be careful not to put the crystal in front of direct sunlight. They indicate it could fade. Better put it near a light source I imagine. Quote http://www.powerofthemusic.com/other/FORUMSIG1.png
J-Man Posted March 20, 2011 at 08:01 AM Posted March 20, 2011 at 08:01 AM Yes they are watches. We are collectors anyway, We both liked the same watch, we both bought the same watch. It was either that or matching tattoos! Quote http://www.powerofthemusic.com/other/FORUMSIG1.png
