And if you notice, Celine (and Andrea) didn't take in air before the last note.. she did the last note on the same breath as "Sento che ci salvera" .. and that took about 5 seconds... so 17+5 seconds So as far as holding her breath is concerned, regardless if she's holding a note or not... that would total to more than 20 seconds of not breathing!....
