I will!!! Her chilhood Olympic idol Nadia C. got the first perfect 10 in Montréal in 1976. During these Olympic times we're living I give Céline a perfect 10 of course! I loooooooooooved this movie and I give it a 10 too!! :thumbsup2:

Can't wait to go back and see it again. I'm also very excited to think about the amazing DVD we're going to own in the future.

if i were to give the movie a 10 that would mean there was no way it could be better. it was near perfection but i gave it a 8 because of the soft sound throughout the movie which was evidenced all around the world so i couldnt blame the theatre i saw it in. and some minor things i would change due to the editting like the repetition of the cities in subtitles at the end of the film.

I gave the movie an 8 out of 10. I would have given it more had the cities, save Omaha, that had to be rescheduled been included. (My San Jose show wasn't mentioned anywhere in the movie except when René mentioned it had to be rescheduled.) I also would have liked to have seen them include the duet version of "A World To Believe In" with Yuna Ito. (Didn't she bring a cake out on stage for Céline and stuff?)

well in the movie Celine said "this is my first show as a 40 year old woman" so they did mention her birthday. i guess they're saving some stuff for the dvd. But an 8 is a good score, i noticed nothing less than 8 so far :thumbsup2:

10 stars without a doubt! It was PHENOMANAL!

I went with a solid 9. I went into the movie, not expecting it to be as well-rounded as it was. I was very happy with it. I think it's appealing to most people, not just fans. I'm glad that it captured a bit of who Celine is...and people will finally start to see that side of her.

But, of course, there is still room for improvements. Lots of little things that I would have loved to see in the movie. Like Celine playing golf, more songs from the concert, etc.

I'll let u know after I see it :)

the person who voted it 4 stars :w00t:

whats their opinion?? :o

i'd love to hear

even from the one who said 7 stars

I voted 9, because it could have been a tad more longer and there could have been a bit more backstage stuff, around the show itself, but I love it! :P

9. I wish they would have showed the planning stages of the tour and showed a little blurb of "Sur les Plaines," since it was such an important concert in Céline's history.

I know what you mean but I think we'll have more on the DVD. The documentary is called : Céline through the eyes of the world, Montréal and Québec is home so it didn't surprise me at all.

As much as some fans seems to want to see their country or city in it, for me it's quite the contrary. I've often seen lots of things with Céline in Qc. I expected and wanted to see her journey around the world this time. And the movie delivered for me.

yes i agree it was nice to see the foreign countries for a change. how often do we see places like south africa, china, dubai, sweden, australia. the movie focused more on the foreign countries and left the north american cities to a minimum. living in north america myself (canada) i didnt have a problem with it. so this was not a part of my rating structure

I voted an 8. I wish they showed ABM fully version and more of the countries like Sweden and Italy instead of going quickly in and out.

Just saw it today. I LOVED it. It gave you insight into Celine's world, something you dont get to see everyday. I was very touched to see her in South Africa and singing to those children. I was also touched to see how devoted she is to her family and her fans, even when she is sick. Even though she wasnt completely well, she still went on with the show and at some point someone said "at least its over" and she said "and at what price" or something like that. I felt for her. If I had been there, I wouldve told her no each time she wanted to go out and perform before she was completely well. She wants to please us so badly. I think we mean more to her than well ever realize. Anyway, great movie. I give it 10 stars and beyond

I rated 10/10!!

I'm surprised people did rate 4/10.. :ermm: :ermm: :ermm:

I bet that was Céline herself who has finally entered the forum as she said she'd do... and she's trying to pass unnoticed here... Caught you Mrs. Dion! :-D

Mrs. Dion? that would mean she would have had to have married her father :blushing1:
