Second Block of shows - Discussion

Hi everyone,

 

I bought my tickets general sale and I chose ticketfast which is when you print your tickets. I received a confirmation email that says where my tickets are and gives me a link to "pick up my tickets". I click on the link, log in to ticketmaster and a description of my tickets shows up with a message that says, "Ticket delivery for this event will be delayed and should be available within 24 hours. If there are any problems with your order, or you don’t receive your confirmation e-mail, please contact customer service."

 

I have tried going back to the link for the last few days and I get the same message. If you click on any show to get tickets...next to the price in the top right corner it says, "Tickets will not be mailed until January 2011". I wonder if I won't be able to print them until then too?

 

Anyone else experienced this? I thought I'd ask before I call ticketmaster later today.

Hello Everybody,

I want to but a ticket for Celine's new show but I don't understand the letters seats and row and who it works?

I want to set at the first row, Chair means, I added the Ticketmaster pictuer where I want to seat and I pay how much it cost.

The first row in the theater is row AA in the sections FORCH2 / FORCH3 / FORCH4 / FORCH5 and FORCH6 (yellow color on the drawing).

 

However, row AA isn't released for sale at the moment. They are either including in VIP packages (although they seem to start at row BB) or reserved for high rollers (whales) / friends / family / business relations.

 

The best you can get is one of the first rows in the outer sections (FORCH2 and FORCH6), it seems that those seats (except first row) are released for sale.

 

The best place to sit is in the FORCH4 section, at that section (yes, were your arrow is but starting from the 6th row) you'll have the best view. For the premiere all those seats are sold out, even in VIP package. You can try to wait untill next year when there is a small posibility that some seats willl open (although I doubt it for the openingshow).

I tried to buy two ticket on June 7 and 8, but why when I chose "Best available" on that website, what I got was always the one by the side (whatever the price levels). I don't believe the tickets in the middle are sold out at all. So could anyone experienced can tell me how to get the ticket in the MIDDLE section, such as section 4. It can be far behind but as long as it's in the middle! Thanks!

Yes sections 2 and 6 both begin with row BB! so CC is 2nd row They are fantastic seats!!!!

on vegas.com they have the sections as A, B, C, and D...A being the closest (i think orcastra) seating. has anyone ever sat in section B?

Section "B" is the rear orchestra so I think there are plenty of people who sat there

I was thinking the same thing, whether or not they would be too much to the side. Any thoughts or experience anyone?

They are actually really good...because the stage raps around that entire section!! You will be very close whenever she walks up the side...only if Celine keeps a similar set-up.

 

I will be sitting in these seats when I go in May and my friends who have sat there say those sections are the best!

No you can't pick whatever seats you like... What you can do is call...and request front row seats for your date. If they have some they will tell you but usually they do not so then just say you want the next best thing (2nd or 3rd row) and they will look for you. I have gotten 4th and 1st row doing this. and both times they were only offering fear orch seats when I clicked "best available" online. I hope this helps Any seat you have in the front orchestra is going to be great because that's how the Colosseum is set up. I have sat back in MM and I had a fantastic view. and I won't be seeing Celine until 2012 cause I have been going to Vegas way too much recently lol. I just thought since I have done all this already I could help some people with general questions and I really don't know about the views from rearorch compared to 1stmez because I have never sat there.

 

Also, as the date for the show nears there will most likely be more tickets released. I got tickets in July for a show in Oct and I got forch MM when I clicked "best available" but when I went back 2 weeks before the show they had row DD up :/ so the best available is not always the most accurate

most seats are good.. i dont recomend the 2nd mezz last few rows.. i saw A New Day in 2nd Mezz section 1 very last row at the top and couldnt see much.. celine looked liked a little stick figure running around and when they should her on the screen her head was cut off.. and well maybe this show will be different but as many people can probably agree.. pay the extra money if you can for mezz 1 or front or rear orchestra.. plus 2nd Mezz is where a lot of people that aren't fans sit.. so it's not that exciting up there..

I'm debating on buying tickets in the orange B for the Prem or in the red A on the the 2nd night , but since its vegas.com and I don't know exactly what seat I'd get, so not sure if I get the seats in red but they are way off to the side would they be any good? And are any seat in the orange good?

 

What do you guys think I should get?

Side seats are not bad at all. I sat in Front Orch 6 2nd row and it was perfect. I also sat right against the wall in the rear orch and it was just fine.

If you can afford Section A, then go for it.

i ordered off vegas.com and A is only available for the second night so i got a ticket for there and B for the premier! i wish they would tell you at least the section...it would be great to know the section, row and seat like they tell you on ticketmaster, but oh well at least we will be there!!!!! good luck choosing tickets!

That's true! They will first sell the not very good seats and release the better ones later. I just called them and they only tell you the same seat as you click the best available on the website. And I asked how I can get the ticket in the middle section of the front orchestra. They just said you can NOT do it now. They are NOT available. And I further asked when they will be available. The answer is simply "I don't know" ! I think the service is too bad! They shouldn't withhold the ticket info. from customers and should be honest to offer the real best seat.

 

 

So as this time, I really don't know if I should buy it now or just wait...

There must be a big difference between the one in the center and that in the far side! I seated by the side but 3rd row in TC tour and the view was bad! Celine was always faced the center and only in rare occassions that she turned to my direction and please also think about the times that she turned to the other side! I paid for the highest price but did not get the same good view as that of the center....This is my real experience, so buy the center seats if you can!

The Colosseum is very different to the World Tour Stages though.

I have sat in the center and on the side of the collosseum.

The side seats are not completely on the side of the stage. They are just at an angle.

The view is great from the side and the front.

Celine doesn't look to the front, why? because the camera is a little to her right so she spends more time looking to her right side than just in front, the people who seated close during A New Day might noticed that.
