I love that shoot, but surely we'll get a new shoot before the show opens! and AND didn't have any real promo pictures till after the premiere/ final rehearsels I don't know.....it's HIGHLY unprofessional to announce such a huge thing without having come up with a name.... Now they don't even give us time or much info about the show and we're suppose to shell $250 a ticket? Like during these hard times I can't just cough up $500 for a pair of decent tix at a moments notice! grrrrr I'm pissed that they're so money grubbing sometimes. Yes Celine has alot of wealthy fans, and corporate folks that love her, but come on! Not even a week or two of notice. By the time I can by the tickets I'm sure the first 3 months will be sold out. Ugh, I'll remain optimistic and aim to buy the April dates. 277,50 USD (included taxes & fees) is indeed a serious amount of money for a ticket. However, there are priceranges for everyones wallet. Today, when the general sale starts, tickets less then 100 USD will become available (55 USD + tax). And IMHO there aren't any bad seats in the Colosseum, due to it's limited size, nearly every seat has a decent view. During the TC tour, I didn't spend much less for a seat... Here in Belgium the cheapest seat available was about 125 USD and the most expensive about 240 USD... And for that 125 USD you did get a far worse view than in Vegas... Even the view from the 240 USD seat wasn't to good (I had frontrow seats) due the height of the stage and the fact that the stage was placed in the middle... For a bit more you get a way better view next year... Regarding the notice... I agree with you that they could annouced it earlier and Ticketmaster did give us a clue more then one week ago by putting the dates online. They had to annouce it earlier or started sale later... Even TeamCeline did very bad... A notice 2,5 hours AFTER sales had started??? Regarding the seats: If you don't find the wanted seats right away, just wait several months, tickets will become available if all the VIP packages or the reserved seats wont fill... However, chances are little that the first show isn't sold out later today... Quote ...

I, too, am a crazy fan who would buy tickets to Celine's show regardless of the type of show. However, I'm just worried about this whole thing right now. It's getting minor publicity. Whereas when she first went to Vegas - it was this HUGE thing and the media was HUGE. I think that promotion is a very vital element when it comes to a show like this...that requires people traveling from all over the world to see a show. There needs to be more details figured out quickly! Quote

Please don't start this discussion again... Yes, for some it's not pleasant that she will stay in one place for at least 3 years but for her own benefit it's the best thing she could do.
