I was not able to find any tickets for the already available shows within the first 5 rows, I did not try all shows but I suspect that TM has blocked those rows for VIP packages only. Sadly no M&G is included in these packages:

I agree. No meet and greet is a shame. Especially since the packages will probably be 1000 dollars. A bit of a ripoff.

It's not geared toward the fans but VIPs, with lots of money to spend, just to have a great overall experience, everything is taken care of for them, restaurant reservations,etc. Laminate and souvenir concert ticket is nice but it will probably be around $1000 and I bet you will again only be able to purchase these in pairs.

I wish there would have been at least an Ultimate Fan package with a sound check option (like for the Taking Chances tour) and perhaps a M&G but I hope TeamCeline will do its (monthly) contest again for a M&G..

I guess not all of the seats but the rest is perhaps reserved for Celine's guests (wasn't there a row on ORCH4) and other high rollers/casino guests...

Yep, it was me. Maybe others on here too - idk.

 

No expenses paid for 11 contests per year. The December contest did include all expenses though - it was their yearly grand prize. Unfortunately i missed that one by one month!

 

Hope they do contests for the new show, purely to give people who wouldn't perhaps get the chance to,get to go to vegas and see the show. Fingers crossed.

I know that there was a prize every month, ticket and M&G but only the December prize had everything included (flight, hotel..)

 

They better have a contest again!

 

And I wish I could afford the VIP. I did buy two lottery tickets yesterday but no prize for me

 

Actually I can buy VIP tickets but that would take me months to pay off, not worth it really

I would only like the Diamond VIP I think. And I did spend about $150 in the Celine Dion store so I can subtract that from the price

As for Diamond Package, there were rows BB, CC and DD available as far as I know but I'm not sure if they were in any sections or only in some. Row AA has been either blocked for special guests (like Céline personal guests, her family etc.) or got sold out superfast.

The price of Diamond package at TicketMaster is US $1,375.00 per PERSON.

In opposite to world tour packages - these new Vegas packages can be purchased also with single tickets - no need to buy a pair.

I would love to get the Diamond package for the opening night but the price is killing me, esp. that there's no meet&greet included. But actually I haven't expected it to be included as it has never been included for any Céline shows - neither in Vegas nor on her few recent world tours.

 

As for TeamCeline contest, I really hope it will return!

That's true, they only paid your concert tickets (for you and for your partner) and gave you meet&greet.

The winner of the yearly contest got her/his hotel paid too and if I remember well, also flight but I'm not sure about the latest.

 

Anyway, I would just be fine with "regular" contest win - I can pay the flight and hotel if I'll be sure that I can meet Céline in person and get the tickets to the show, hehe!

It really is RIDICULOUS that if I had the money I could not, as a fan, get a front row seat. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

I agree that it's very sad and unfair. I mean, fans should be able to get the closest seats as it obvious that we (fans) are mostly happy about being close to our dear Lady!

I liked the world tour arrangement - there the TeamCeline tickets were usually really good - maybe not always at the best side of the stage but you were usually able to get front row(s) with TeamCeline. And VIP seats were at a different, selected VIP area which was NOT in the front rows but the VIPs still could get their special hostage like included drinks/food etc. That was kinda fair.

Here it's just frustrating... I was ready to pay quite a lot for the opening night tickets IF I would be able to get one of the, say, 3-4 first rows! I'm really not interested in seating far behind and seing nothing...

I think I'm crazy guys but I just shelved out for the RUBY VIP Package to just get on the 1st MEZZ Row A...It is the most I've spent for a Celine concert.....I hope it's worth it...well Celine is worth it, but not sure about the package Edited February 13, 2010 at 12:30 AM by sunnyceline
