my worst nightmare

I live in a country where I can't share who I am to the world but I always found a gate for me to the out side world

to be who I am

to live how I always wanted to live

that gate is called Youtube

but last night Youtube has been blocked in my country

I can't access my channel

I can't post y music anymore

and most of all I can't watch Celine dion's videos with one click anymore

 

how is that fair

how do they think that they have the right to do such a thing

 

I just don't know what to do anymore

maybe go to sleep and never wake up that's what they want me to do

after all they took everything made me feel alive

my pride ,,, my music ,,, my sexuality

today youtube ,,,, tomorrow the entire internet

sorry to hear about that i really cant stand it when i read about these sort of things. why? are they scared of something? its totally unfair to take away YouTube. other than for entertainment purposes, it can be so informative.

 

btw, what was the reason for blocking YouTube?

Wow! I"m sorry to hear that. I know nothing can beat YouTube, but are you still able to access other sites that serve the same purpose, such as Daily Motion? Again, sorry to hear that, I hope your able to find alternative sites.

I believe there are sites/software that help you access sites not available in your area (making the site believe you're in the US etc)

 

(Google 'youtube proxy help', you should be able to find a way around it)

Youtube was blocked in China for a long time. Not to mention the other websites.

Youtube was blocked for political reasons

which is don't ask don't tell here

 

and I tryed proxy but the site as a lots of my friend think and myself is not blocked by google

it's blocked by the LTT company which control all informations fro recieved or gived by internit and all sources of comunications

Gosh, I don't know what I would do--especially if I had to hide so much of who I was from the world. I would try to escape--no matter what. But I understand how that isn't always possible. This is the kind of thing we, as Americans, take for granted too often. It sounds like yours is a world where I could never be happy or fulfilled.
