Resizing some Celine photos

can someone help me resize these to fit my signature and avatar?

is there anyway to change them from bitmap to jpg or jpeg?

On paint open the picture then,

File

Save As...

below where you type the file name there is a drop-down menu,

and choose .jpg and it will save it in .jpg format.

I think these may have originally been JPEG. Do you have AOL? Sometimes when you save photos from AOL, it's saved as bitmap or .art You might want to try re-saving them in anothe web browser, but I'm not sure it'll make a difference if AOL is your default browser.

 

If this is the case, then you may want to take Clari's advice.

Do you have other photo / graphic programs?

 

PhotoStudio, Photo Impact, Paint Shop, Photoshop or something of that sort those programs can help your resize your photos.

 

I searched download.com and here's one that is freeware, I'm not sure how good it is though.

i cant download its my brother in laws computer and im on a guest account and dont have permission to d/l....can you maybe do it for me?if you dont wanna its alright.
