Celine is a powerful selling force within the Sony Music family. She has sold millions and millions of albums, received many awards, and has appeared on numerous television specials the world over. She changed the face of Las Vegas entertainment forever. She will also go down as a class act in her field and in life.

 

With that said, it is only inevitable that Sony will one day release a "Playlist" album with songs of Celine's. The "Playlist" series has released albums by Gloria Estefan, Clay Aiken, and others. "Playlist" albums are not only to showcase the hits, but to also share the out-of-print tracks, fan favorites, and other memorable songs by an artist. So, what songs do you all believe will show up on her version of a "Playlist" album? What songs do you hope to see? What tracks would you include? (Keep in mind "Playlist" albums typically house only 14-15 tracks.)

 

Here is how I would like to see her "Playlist" album look (in no particular order):

This is true. As much as I'd rather see an all-new album released, the intention of this thread is to discuss an album that, inevitably, will be released. The "Playlist" series is part of the Epic/Legacy name which is part of Sony which "owns" Céline. It would be an easy album sale, even if only or a few bucks. But profit is profit and that's all Sony cares about.

 

Side note: I truly don't see what the difference would be in releasing a "Playlist" album over the next installment of The Collector's Series. The two have similar themes and dynamics.

 

With that said, I really would like to see what songs fans would choose for this release. What photographs would you use to market this release?
