I don't think this is from the final show because the River Deep performance sounds exactly like the one from one of the bootlegs from March. 2007. Didn't she turn the mic to the crowd at one point during River Deep in the final show? Also the taking chances and christmas song audio sounds like it was recorded differently. Quote

River Deep has always been live. When I went to see Celine on Aug.19, 2007 during that performance she kinda hesitated on one part of the song and sung it pretty slowly then she ad libed a little near the end of the song. Quote

I've heard she has had a couple occasions where her playback died out and she was left pretty embarrassed...maybe you saw the show where her playback died out and the hesitation was her "freaking out" and not knowing how to continue...and not being prepared to sing that song would be the reason why she ad libbed that. But for sure RDMH is one of two songs I've had trouble determining live/lip sync for....I know it was live in everything else...but AND...not sure. Do you really think they edited the DVD then? I agree with you that they all sound different to the DVD, but all bootlegs sound alike. Because of this it's so hard to determine where the playback parts are. The high notes in the verses and choruses aren't perfect, which is odd because surely when she recorded the playback parts they would have made them sound amazing, like her other playbacks. Everything sounds the same on the bootlegs... Quote

Yeah I thought TPOL and IACBTMN were edited too I understand what you mean about IS needing to sound live, but listen to IDAN and MHWGO, they're perfect playbacks. They're good enough to be on CD, so they're not all made to the same standard I guess! BTW, do you have any idea when abouts the RDMH playback starts/stops? I've been playing the bootlegs over and over but everything is different to the DVD!! I know the DVD version sounds amazing but I don't think they should have edited it this much! Quote

Not sure about the last note though, that might be playback like the last note of IGTWOAS... The Colosseum was infact designed for her and it shows! Her voice is the best out there! It never surprises me to hear her sing. She is absolulty incredible. When she performed, "If I Could" I was so overwhelmed between the words of the song, the dedication, and conviction in her voice. I cried like a baby! But they were good tears!I loved that Mia Michaels did the choreography she is one of the best out there, and it really does complete Celine's style. Love it! Quote
