Last year I was going through a hard time and couldn't enjoy it really, but this year I'm "back" and looking so much forward to it! Waiting Christmas is actually the best thing in it I think, all the preparations, gift wrapping, baking and listening to Christmas songs and burning candles, eating chocolate and stuff... Anyway, this is my all time favourite Christmas song, sang by Céline. I still remember the ambiance when I saw it the first time about 10 years ago, when it came out on a tv special on Christmas day. Why is everyone so abrupt to be the first one to point that out? Just so you know, during the D'elles special, Rene mentioned that Celine often does this the first time she performs new songs so first-time listeners can hear the song in it's original form. If she slips on her first performance of a new song (like when she sang Taking Chances for the first time on the X Factor), people won't be so willing to give it another try. And with half the country watching when that tv special aired 10 years ago, the producers obviously wanted the show to be perfect. Quote
