Céline Galipeau is a great journalist and the very respected anchor now of French Radio-Canada téléjournal(SRC french evening news). For example, she's what you could call Québec's Radio-Canada equivalent of Katie Couric for CBS in U.S. in a way if you want, she does the same job for SRC here. The woman is very intelligent and competent and was a journalist who worked abroad in the past covering world conflicts. She was awarded recently Québec's medal at the same ceromony René received his medal. At one point at the end of the ceremony, during the recipient's picture, we see them both side by side talking with each other.
