sounds interesting....but after seeing this promotional (coty) CD with 5 live songs, I have a feeling the new release will be the "TC Tour" album.... :shrug:

excelent News! My guess is also the taking chnaces tour CD, and do you know what! IM DED EXCITED!

 

this is great news and another example of how we know celine is always thinking of us even when she is on a much deserved break!! I cant wait to hear songs such as :

 

a mans mans world

soul medely

all by myself

alone!

shadow of love/ fade away

 

im ded excited about this, what songs are you waiting for? Do you think they will use the same audeo from the shows on the DVD or different ones, i hope its different but if not oh well, we are ahvaing a new CD! Lets hope its gonna be great, kick the year off with a bang!

Pretty sure everything has been guessed as to what it could be - personally, I care [but I don't really] because anything new from Celine makes me HAPPY :clap: :wub: I mean, when I go in stores - if I am in the parfume department, I always just go by to SEE her stuff in there even though I have it already :P

 

I am excited to hear what it is!!! :)

I'm happy with a live CD from the tour as long as it does not contain IDAN, TPOL, IACBTMN, BYLM, TLYM, LCMM and MHWGO.

I'm pretty sure it will be the live CD (and DVD)...

And I bet the song from the Vancouver Olympics will be thrown in there!!!! So I assume Celine will be performing in Vancouver otherwise this "new" album wouldn't be released in March 2010... :confused1:

"I Drove All Night" will be included as it was the tour's opening number. "My Heart Will Go On" will be included as it was the tour's closing number. As for the others I have no idea which ones will be excluded or included. The only thing I will say is my gut is telling me "Fade Away" will be cut as it didn't deliver as amazing live as it does on the album. :down: Here's to hoping I'm wrong about that.

Yep ur defenatly thinking too much, They have spent so much money on this DVD there is no way they wont sell it, they have been working for months on it. Dont worry about the DVD it will be out :)! This CD may just be to support it!

I think it's the live cd, because if it's a new one, Céline can't really promote it anyway, cos she'll be 7 months pregnant! But if it's a new 'best of'.... :censored: -_-

I don't think so... We've been waiting for that for too long to still believe one day they'll do that...

 

Jean-Pierre Ferland said he's working hard on songs for Celine right now..

So maybe a new french album!?

Even if she's pregnant, she can do some tv show in France/Quebec, and it won't make a big difference, she didn't do a lot of promotions for 1F&4T and D'Elles..

 

Well, so why release a new album if you're not gonna be able to promote? I mean, we are fans, we would buy it and she would sell anyway, but I think a little promotion is always good. She wasn't 7 months pregnant when 1F&4T and D'elles was released and the promotion was already small so I can imagine how promotion would be now that the situation is different... :ermm:

 

Anyway, I think it makes more sense if it is a live CD. Can't wait!!! :)

If its a live CD im hopeing for 2 CD's one for the french countries and one for the english countries. That way we would get tw cds too lol

If it's live CD, I hope we get at least one or two unreleased tracks, like "You and I" and "Ain't Gonna Look the Other Way" on Live in Las Vegas. But I doubt it. I know she won't record anything new but surely they have vault of unreleased songs they could include as bonus tracks. Edited by Kian

They will put out the dvd eventually. Your jumping the gun a bit in thinking they'll cancel such a successful tour dvd for what is probably going to be another re-release cd of old live songs. I'm hoping its not a re-release. I want a live TCWT CD. According to the dvd topic I believe I read that the dvd is finished, it has been seen by someone IDK who but it is finished and we are just waiting on a release date.

'If' this turns out to be the Taking Chances World Tour Live CD.... obviously it would be the full concert, but I'm hoping it has 3/4 bonus tracks of songs she only performed once or a certain song she only performed in certain countries, with a few new/unseen pics of Gerrard's in the album sleeves and a great cover photo :P

 

What do you guys think?

That would be amazingly wonderful! I know I didn't get to personally hear Think Twice or the Queen medley live, to name a few, and I so desperately wanted to! :D I think a few new photos would be a great , easy way to make it special for the fans who have seen everything and want something different than what is already out there. I mean...i would be super excited if that were the case.
