From the picture of the Billboard Top 100 you attached, it clearly shows I'm Your Angel went from 53, 46 and #1 (in its 6th week) on the chart. There is also the Billboard Airplay and Sales Chart... maybe that's what the confusion is about... Quote

Haha, I still don't understand why it's been named one of the worst albums of the decade. I think it's one of the best albums released in 2007, and I'm not just saying that because it's our darling Celine's album. The album was a Top 5 hit in all the big markets like the UK, the US, Canada, Germany, France. So it did quite well on the charts. It just needed some more promotion, and I think its singles like "Alone" and "Eyes on Me" deserved their own music videos - no wonder the singles did horribly bad on the charts. If Sony and Celine's management approached the project in a more dedicated way, then Taking Chances could've been bigger and better, in terms of chart success and sales.
