It's also cool if you flip that front image upside down so when you are playing a game and the cover is open, people can see the graphic right side up... kind of like what laptops do with their logos for the same reason. What difference does it make if she made that photo part of her Nintendo DS skin? Is it any different from using it as the background of her computer? Not really. I highly doubt that you would feel so upset if that were the case. If she were using it for some profit like selling these DS skins with your photos of them, THEN maybe you have the right to be a little bit irked. Number three. By posting your pictures up on the internet, you are pretty much giving people permission to take the photos and use them however they wish. Anyone can access this site and take it for whatever reason. If you don't want people to use it. Don't post it up on the net. Just sayin... PS.
