We all come from different backgrounds so I thought it would be great to share what ethnicity/race you are so we can learn a bit more about each other and maybe even find people who have the same ethnicity as you!

Ok lets start..

 

I am fully Armenian!! My parents and most of my family were born in Iran, but we are still 100% armenian, the english term is Iranahye (hye is our word for armenian), but we call it parskahye.. There are different types of Armenians including parskahye which mainly depends on were you came from or where your family is from.. And there are 2 different dialects, eastern and western, but I speak the eastern dialect..

I'm Caucasian. I'm native Polish, both my parents and all my grandparents and grand-grandparents were Polish.

Although it's been said we have some Austrian blood too, from the side of my father's ancestors but the Austrians in our family must have lived at least in 19th century so the percentage of that Austrian blood is really low, lol! The main remain from those Austrian is our family last name which I already lost when I got married 5 years ago...

I'm adopted from Russia, so I don't know my biological parents. As far as my parents here, my father is French (so I have my citizenship) and my mother is from Québec. I'm Québécoise in my heart.

I'm a native Belgian born, raised and living in Belgium... As far back as our family tree goes we are native Belgians for over hundreds of years now If we go back a couple of thousands years I think my roots are lying somewhere in Gallia Belgica

Umm...Im white and from America...I have a little bit of German in me from my mother's side, idk about my farther's side...he left when i was a baby,but as far as i know im pertty much an American yep...im an American

I would be Mexican - American.

My mom was born in America but my grandpa was born Mexico. My grandma was born in Texas & so were her grandparents but I know somewhere along the line they're originally from Mexico.

 

My dads family were all born in Mexico & then they got citizenship for the United States but he was the only one born in the States.

 

So yea Mexican - American but I can't speak Spanish x)

BUT the oldest traced ancestor from my father's side was a German soldier from North Germany in the 17th century... and my grandmother from my father's side is from the former Dutch Indies... her grandmother was Chinese

I knew you were gonna say something about that! But actually the little Chinese touch; mandel shaped eyes is still visible in the 5th generation! My niece and my second removed cousin also both have a little bit mandel shaped eyes!

I am basically a caucasian mutt. I have Irish, German, English, Danish, and Scottish blood in me. I also have alot of Native American in me, from Ancestry, I am the desendant of one of the last actual Native American chiefs [like that lived in villages, not houses, that presided] of blackfoot or something, I wish I knew more, my mom knows it all lol, and my great great great grandmother was a full blooded Native. My mother even has fairly dark brown skin, everyone thinks she is Latina, which is surprising beings I am so pale, people need shades when they look at me haha

My grandmother (dad's mom) is Indian (native people, not from India ), my grandfather's father was something related to Africa, I think.

My grandmother (mom's mom) had Spanish parents and my grandfather Italian ones.

 

So I guess I'm a mixture of Indian, African, Italian and Spanish!

My mother is from Indonesia with Indonesian, Chinese and Belgium blood.

My father is Dutch with German blood.

I realize there are quite a lot people with Indonesian roots living in The Netherlands, guess it has something to do with the old colony times, right? (I'm a sucker when it comes to history, sorry, lol)

I know an another Dutch fan (CSCfan) who also has Indonesian blood in him.

 

By the way, Ray, I like your profile pic a lot! Did you do it yourself??

I always wished someone would do a cartoon (or even better: manga!) portray of me, hehe, but haven't found such person yet.

Yes, there are a lot of Dutch/Indonesian people in Holland, although besides my family I don't know that many personally.

We even have Pasar Malams (Indonesian oriented markets) now and again.

I didn't know so 'many' of 'us' are Celine fans.

I did know Mariah attracts many bi-racial fans. It's great Céline has to same effect to bring us all together.

Ray, I don't know whether Céline attracts many bi-racial people or not and honestly I don't care much, lol! As for Indonesians, it's just me that I pay attention to them, because among with Filipinos, Thai and some Japanese, they are the cutest people in the world, for my personal teste.

 

Oh, is it difficult/time-consumming to create such kine of pic? I have hardly any idea of creating graphic but if I'd send you portray pic of mine, would it be hard to convert it into cartoon?
